Most frequent questions and answers

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. We understand that some guests may wish to access their accommodation earlier, and we will always do our best to accommodate such requests whenever possible. However, we kindly ask for your understanding, as check-out for previous guests is between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, depending on the property and reservation policy. We need sufficient time to thoroughly clean, disinfect, and prepare each accommodation unit to ensure a clean and safe space for all our guests.

If availability allows, we will gladly offer an early check-in, but this can only be confirmed on the day of arrival. For quicker communication, feel free to send us a message via WhatsApp.

You can leave your luggage in the hallway of the accommodation facility, at your own risk. We have never had any unpleasant experiences so far.
If you prefer to leave the luggage at the facility, please fill out this registration form and we weill send you the access pin code for the entrance door.

We would also like to point out that there are luggage storage offices and lockers nearby. They are located at the Main Bus Station and the Railway station, within 10 min walking distance from our facility and around 5 min walking distance from the centre, Old Town.

Like all companies that provide accommodation in the city of Split, we are obliged to collect the city (tourist) tax. We would like to note that the city tax is not taxable and is not the income of our company, but exclusively of the Tourist Boards, and we collect it exclusively as intermediaries.

City tax is charged per night / per person:
1,86 € for stays in January, February, March, October, November and December
2,50 € for stays in April, May, June, July, August and September

City tax can be paid by card, via bank transfer or via PayPal.
City tax can also be paid at the accommodation facility, in cash.

Late check-in is only possible through “Smart Self Check-In” option.

Feel free to request “Smart Self Check-In” during our working hours (at least 1 hour before 00:00). After filling out an online eVisitor registration form, you will receive simple check-in instructions including property address, photos and access codes for the doors.

We would like to note that we are not responsible if you are unable to check in after our working hours because our employees will not be available to provide support.
In the event of a failed check-in after the designated check-in time, the reservation will be charged in full according to the policy under which it was made.

If you have booked a room that offers the option of twin beds, please let us know in advance if you would prefer this setup. You can contact us by phone or via WhatsApp.

Please inform us no later than 10:00 AM on the day of your arrival, or immediately after making your reservation if it is placed after that time.

Pets are welcome to our accommodation facility.

The fee for your pet(s) is charged per pet / per night.

The fee for one pet is 10,00 euros per night (including VAT).
The fee for additional pet is 5,00 euros per night (including VAT).

The fee can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
