Would you like to request a PIN/CODE for Smart Check-In?

Please request “Smart Check-In” option from our staff via WhatsApp application or through the platform you used for the reservation. We will send you your PIN/CODE via WhatsApp or the platform you used for the reservation. Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3 p.m.) and it is not possible to check in earlier unless arranged differently with our staff.

1. Step

You can enter your personal information at the following link. This application is called mVisitor and is approved by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, ensuring that your data is safe and secure.

Arrival at the address (check-in after 3:00 PM) Petrinjska 4, Split.

The entrance door of the property (black door) PIN is 455455# (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or on WhatsApp.)

4. Step

Your room is ___. Room numbers are written on the door. When you enter the facility, there is a box for smart check-in. The password to open the box is “_ _ _ _ok,” and the lock must be turned clockwise to where your room card will be. (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or on WhatsApp.)

5. Step

In your room, you will find the card in the card holder. Please insert the card all the way in to activate the electricity in the room. From the moment you enter the room onwards, you can also use the card to access the property (main entrance door) and your room. Simply show the card at the same place where you previously entered the PIN/CODE (in front of the keypad).

6. Step

Check-out from the facility is until 11:00 AM. When checking out of the room, you can leave the room card in the same compartment where you took the card. Please close the doors and windows.

7. Step

City tax is a legal obligation for all legal entities who provide accommodation services in the area of Split. The host acts only as an intermediary – this amount goes directly to the Tourist Board and is not subject to taxation.

City tax amount (per night / per person):
€1.86 – for stays from 01.10. to 31.03. (October 1st to March 31st)
€2.50 – for stays from 01.04. to 30.09. (April 1st to September 30th)

This amount is charged for each person and each overnight stay.
The total amount depends on the number of guests and the number of nights.
