We will send you your PIN/CODE via WhatsApp or the platform you used for the reservation. Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3 p.m.) and it is not possible to check in earlier unless arranged differently with our staff.

We kindly ask you to fill out the form on this link. This application is called mVisitor and it is approved by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, ensuring that your personal information is secure and protected.

2. Step

Arrival at the address: Put Firula 8, Split. Garden entrance door (brown door) is located on the roadside.

3. Step

The entrance door of the property (brown door) PIN is ________. (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or on WhatsApp.)

4. Step

Please go down the stairs and to the left. Room/apartment numbers are written on the doors (interior doors). The number of your room/apartment is ___ and PIN is ______. (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or via WhatsApp.) The code for the door of the room/apartment is a 6-digit number.

5. Step

In your room/apartment, you will find the card in the card holder. Please insert the card all the way in to activate the electricity in the room/apartment. From the moment you enter the room/apartment onwards, you can also use the card to access the property (main entrance door) and your room/apartment. Simply show the card at the same place where you previously entered the PIN/CODE (in front of the keypad).

6. Step

Check-out from the property is until 10:00 (10 a.m.) When checking out of the room/apartment, you can leave the room card on the nightstand. Please make sure you close the doors and the windows.

7. Step

City tax is a legal obligation for all legal entities who provide accommodation services in the area of Split. The host acts only as an intermediary – this amount goes directly to the Tourist Board and is not subject to taxation.

City tax amount (per night / per person):
€1.86 – for stays from 01.10. to 31.03. (October 1st to March 31st)
€2.50 – for stays from 01.04. to 30.09. (April 1st to September 30th)

This amount is charged for each person and each overnight stay.
The total amount depends on the number of guests and the number of nights.
