Head of Operations – Best Location
Andrea K. holds the position of Head of Operations within the Best Location brand and is the primary person responsible for overseeing the brand’s operational activities, with a particular focus on managing the Reservations and Guest Relations department. Her key responsibilities include managing daily operations, optimizing customer service processes, and coordinating the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
As part of her role, Andrea develops and implements strategies aimed at improving the efficiency of the reservation system, elevating communication standards with guests, and increasing overall customer satisfaction. She leads a team that interacts daily with both domestic and international guests, handles inquiries, coordinates arrivals, and ensures a seamless service from the initial contact to the end of the stay.
Andrea is highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong communication and leadership skills that contribute to the stability and growth of the Best Location brand.

Ivica Prižmić was born in Split, Croatia, and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (bacc.ing.univ.) as a maritime business management engineer. He expanded his specialized knowledge in the fields of digital marketing, e-commerce, advertising, and SEO optimization. He also gained experience in the automotive industry and as a former professional athlete and captain of the Pošk water polo team. Today, he stands out as a successful entrepreneur and owner of various companies in the import, export, services, tourism, and manufacturing sectors. Through his business ventures, he develops strong business connections and has distinguished himself as an importer of automobiles and raw materials, as well as an exporter of certain products. Additionally, he owns several accommodation facilities in the tourism sector.
