RESERVATION POLICY

The advance payment is non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellation, changes of dates, no-show, or early departure. By paying the advance, the guest accepts the cancellation terms and payment conditions.

If, in exceptional circumstances, the accommodation becomes unavailable after the advance payment has been received, Samstag d.o.o. will refund the amount paid to the account from which the payment originated, and no further obligations apply.

A reservation is not confirmed by sending an enquiry nor by receiving an offer. A reservation becomes confirmed only after the advance payment has been made and Samstag d.o.o. issues a written reservation confirmation. Accommodation availability is not guaranteed until the accommodation provider confirms the reservation, regardless of payment.

Reservation Request
The reservation process begins when the guest submits a request for availability for specific dates and an accommodation unit. Submitting a request does not constitute a reservation nor does it create any obligation for Samstag d.o.o.

Offer Without Guaranteed Availability
If the accommodation unit is available at the time the request is processed, Samstag d.o.o. will provide the guest with an offer including pricing information and the required advance payment amount. The accommodation unit is not held or guaranteed until the advance payment has been received, as availability is subject to real-time changes through online booking systems.

Advance Payment as a Condition of Reservation
A reservation is created only after the guest pays the advance and Samstag d.o.o. confirms receipt of the payment. If the advance is not paid, the accommodation may be booked by another guest without any obligation toward the requester.

Final Reservation Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed only when Samstag d.o.o. receives the advance payment and issues a written reservation confirmation to the guest. Only the written confirmation constitutes a final and binding reservation.

Non-Refundable Advance Payment
The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, modification, no-show, or early departure. By paying the advance, the guest accepts the cancellation conditions and payment terms.

Unavailability After Payment
If, in exceptional circumstances, the accommodation becomes unavailable after the advance has been paid (such as technical booking errors or force majeure), Samstag d.o.o. will refund the full amount paid to the account from which the payment originated. All obligations cease upon refund, and no additional compensation applies.

Bookings by Companies and Agencies
Reservations made by legal entities, agencies or business clients are governed by commercial contracting principles and are not subject to consumer protection provisions. This Reservation Policy applies in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Relation to Terms and Conditions
This Reservation Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions issued by Samstag d.o.o. By confirming a reservation, the guest accepts both the Reservation Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
