Most frequent questions and answers
We offer both options. For VIP clients, we highly recommend chauffeur service to ensure full convenience and discretion.
You can leave your luggage in the hallway of the accommodation facility, at your own risk. We have never had any unpleasant experiences so far.
If you prefer to leave the luggage at the facility, please fill out this registration form and we weill send you the access pin code for the entrance door.
We would also like to point out that there are luggage storage offices and lockers nearby. They are located at the Main Bus Station and the Railway station, within 10 min walking distance from our facility and around 5 min walking distance from the centre, Old Town.

Minimum rental is generally 24 hours; however we may accommodate shorter pickups under special arrangement.
We ensure anonymous billing, discreet staff, no signage or overt branding on the vehicle unless requested.
