Please request “Smart Check-In” option from our staff via WhatsApp application or through the platform you used for the reservation. We will send you your PIN/CODE via WhatsApp or the platform you used for the reservation. Check-in is possible from 15:00 (3 p.m.) and it is not possible to check in earlier unless arranged differently with our staff.

We kindly ask you to fill out the form on this link. This application is called mVisitor and it is approved by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia, ensuring that your personal information is secure and protected.

Arrival at the address: Vlahe Bukovca 11, Split. The entrance door of the property (exterior green door) is located on the roadside.
3. Step
The entrance door of the property (exterior green door) – PIN is ________. (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or via WhatsApp.)
The code for the entrance door is a 6-digit number.
4. Step
Room numbers are written on the doors (interior doors). The number of your room is _________ and PIN is ________. (You have received the PIN/CODE through the application you used for the reservation or via WhatsApp.)
The code for the door of the room is a 6-digit number.
5. Step
In your room, you will find the card in the card holder. Please insert the card all the way in to activate the electricity in the room. From the moment you enter the room onwards, you can also use the card to access the property (main entrance door) and your room. Simply show the card at the same place where you previously entered the PIN/CODE (in front of the keypad).
6. Step
Check-out from the property is until 10:00 (10 a.m.) When checking out of the room, you can leave the room card on the nightstand. Please make sure you close the doors and the windows.
7. Step
City tax
Like all companies that provide accommodation in the city of Split, we are obliged to collect the city (tourist) tax. We would like to emphasize that the city tax is not taxable and is not the income of our company, but exclusively of the Tourist Boards, and we collect it exclusively as intermediaries.
City tax is charged per night / per person: 1,33 €.
